Thuggish Behavior In The Oval Office.

Sit down young man! I'm talking to you!

Today, by accident I witnessed an event that was so embarrassing, I could only watch it in fits of channel switching. Every once in while I will turn to the right-wing stations to see what they are up to. There, before my eyes I watched a thug and a juvenile delinquent simultaneously verbally pound on a head of state from another country. A head of state!

 Not only were they destroying him verbally, but they were doing it for television. The oval office was packed with reporters who were recording and broadcasting every minute for the country and the world to see. And to top all of this over-the-top behavior, a Russian state media reporter was invited to witness the dressing down by our new autocratic President.

I felt bad for Zelenskyy, he couldn’t get a word in edge wise as he was pounded by the Vice-President who is a definite showman. Zelenskyy tried to be conciliatory and apologetic, but it was immediately evident the whole display was a show planned to belittle and embarrass him. It was one of the most shameful acts I have ever seen from anyone in our government. And I am not a fan of a lot of government people. This was a show, plain and simple, for Putin and the Russian media.

Throughout it all, Trump was defending Putin’s position and basically telling Zellensky he better grow up. I have so much admiration for Zelenskyy now. The fact that he was able to contain himself and not throttle Vance for the punk he is, impressed me to no end.

The unfortunate result of today will be Ukraine is probably finished and Putin will end up with at least half of it. That is so obvious in where Trump is going with all of this. The whole trip for Zelenskyy was to bend the knee to Trump, who then kicked in face.

If anyone had any doubt that this man is an autocrat who has ambitions to be a dictator then you are either stupid or you did not finish your education in public school and instead went to a charter school.

Everyone was warned about this.

These people are autocrats through and through. All of them. How do I know that? It is elementary. All businessmen or women are autocrats to some degree. They have to be. That is what sets them apart from people not willing to risk it all. They do not take a show of hands when they have a plan. They are born and bred to have their way and do it their way. I will say i again. All business people, especially if they have had success, are autocratic. And you are not going to change them.

They should not be in government. The government is not meant to be run as a business. Its purpose is to provide services across the population of people.  Now we have business people who are going to show all of us how to run a business. Great! What did I just say about autocrats.

If you watch the embarrassing display Trump put on today and do not cringe, then there is something the fuck wrong with you in the head. Maybe you were dropped as a baby or something. Me? I have some morality left and I cannot abide by that kind of display. It is very apparent to me this President admires people that display that kind of arrogance. And I would say, who would want to trust someone like that?  The only friends he is going to have are, well you guess.

But the Republican boot lickers somehow found all of this OK. Those who always supported Ukraine are now saying, maybe not so fast. What?

I am going to say again, this is a classic autocrat workup. Don’t believe me? Just wait. All of the Republican Party will be expected to get in line and kick Ukraine to the curb and put it in Putin’s pocket as a tribute.

Democrats? What about them? They are still taking a nap after that exhausting campaign! Yawn. They have been asleep at the wheel and always will be as long as Schumer and Jeffries are in the front seat. They are on cruise control and waiting for the right moment to make their move!

Would Ronald Reagan have capitulated in the face of the world? I don’t think so.
