They Are Finally Calling It A Cult!

As the rats run off the sinking ship, many of the former rats are calling those hanging on to their MAGA Hats, "A Cult." We have been saying it for the last 10 years of the Trump movement. The end of the Trump movement is like the end of the last bowel movement following a long lingering intestinal disease. Wonderful relief.

Trump is still around, but now we can mitigate the affliction with a good dose of blue sensibility. His sycophants now realize there is no need to be afraid of him. There is still the 40% of America who are never going to take the cure. But most of America has come to realize that the Republican Party was not the problem. Trump hijacking it for his personal gain was the problem. They pushed the reset button with a resounding rebuff of Trump and his minions. Hopefully this is the first flush to send to the sewer those who hijacked the Republican Party and the beginning of bringing back that party of 30 years ago.

The cure is going to take a few years, but at least the medicine has been taken. What happened? Who knows. How do cults begin. They begin with a charismatic person who can manipulate those who have issues. It can be any issue. Maybe they are disaffected in some way. But it is always some issue that is personal to them and they believe it can be fixed. It is the promise of everything to many blaming the problems on a few.

Trumps failure is that he forgot that America is not a single native group anymore. We are a multicultural, multinational mix of young and old who cannot be Pidgeon holed into believing one group or another isa problem. They came to America to better themselves, because they left a place that they could not do that. They came for the American dream and he want to divide them and shut down their dreams.

They replied with a loud goodbye, so long, it was not nice knowing you.

So, America is still alive and well and thugs like Trump will not succeed. So, FOX News can keep on keepin' on and speak to that 40% of citizens who still want to be led around by the nose like some S&M subservient dog. They have that fetish and love cults. So be it.

But the rest of us want to make our own choices and decisions. The democrats and the republicans should give us the chance to make those choices. Maybe now we are on our way back to having the chance to make those choices.

Now begins the work to rebuild trust in both parties and find solutions to real problems that all Americans can live with.
