That is how detached from reality the American people are. We have a mental case with multiple symptoms in charge of a corral full of mental midgets who are bouncing from crisis to crisis while gleefully becoming wealthier every day without even needing to look at the closing prices. Meanwhile, mainstreet america doesn't even care anymore. Know why?
